Kalā Ayana (कला अयन)

For Dancers: Ready to move beyond form, into vibration, artistry, and soul.

Class Description:
A class designed for trained movers seeking to unlearn, unravel, and refine. This is where movement becomes ceremony, and technique meets truth. Expect layered guided movement, somatic exploration, and emotional integration. A container for performers to meet their artistry with soul.

This is an embodied experience designed to ground, awaken, and reconnect you to your inner landscape. Through breath, guided movement, and intuitive flow, you’ll drop into the body’s natural intelligence and move from presence.

Each session is shaped by the energy of the group, exploring a central theme through somatic expression, creative exploration, and shared reflection. Expect layered guidance, emotional integration, and moments of stillness woven with movement.

 

This sacred container invites trained movers to meet their artistry with soul. Where performance becomes presence, and movement becomes ceremony. A moving meditation that gently expands your edges and deepens your relationship with the truth held in your body.

Smriti Ayana (स्मृति)

For Non-Dancers: Every Body, every story. No dance experience Required.

Class Description:
No dance experience needed. Just a willingness to feel. This class is a safe, soulful space to explore your body’s wisdom through guided movement, breathwork, and stillness. You’ll move, release, integrate, and reconnect with your inner rhythm, without pressure, expectation, or performance.

This is an embodied experience designed to ground, awaken, and reconnect you to your inner landscape. Through breath, guided movement, and intuitive flow, you'll drop into the body’s natural intelligence and move from presence.

Each session is shaped by the energy of the group, exploring a central theme through somatic expression, creative exploration, and shared reflection. We move, feel, and hold space together, inviting rhythm, ritual, and release.

This class is a moving meditation that gently expands your edges and deepens your relationship with your body’s truth.

1.5HR CLASS

This is an embodied experience designed to ground, awaken, and reconnect you to your inner landscape. Through guided exploration, breathwork, and intentional movement, you'll drop into the body’s natural intelligence and move from a place of presence.

Each session is intuitively shaped by the energy of the group, inviting you to explore a central theme through somatic expression, creative flow, and conscious awareness. We’ll move together, reflect together, and hold space for the sacred. Through rhythm, ritual, and release, this class becomes a moving meditation. A journey inward and a return to wholeness.

This class will also gently push you beyond your comfort zone inviting expansion, release, and a deeper relationship with your body’s truth.

WHAT TO BRING

  1. Comfortable clothing you can move and breathe freely in.

  2. Water bottle to stay hydrated.

  3. An open mind and heart.

​OPTIONAL:​

  • Bolster/Blanket. *Seated practice, and meditation at the end of class. 

  • A journal + pen for reflection after class.

  • Socks or layers

To honor the sacred energy of the space and the privacy of others, filming and recording are not permitted during class. Your full presence is the offering.
