The Sacred Session
Through a guided session, you'll soften inward, expand outward, and reconnect with your higher self. This is a sacred container to release, realign, and remember. Guided not just by form, but by feeling.

*No dance experience is required. Just a willingness to listen, feel, and move from within.

Sacred Ayana Session

Class Description:
This Sacred Ayana class is a guided somatic journey that weaves together breathwork, sound, movement, and stillness to awaken the body’s natural intelligence.

Sacred Ayana is an embodied experience that weaves together breath, sound, and movement to reconnect you to your body’s natural intelligence.

Through breath, we soften into presence and open a deeper awareness of the body’s inner landscape.
From this grounded place, you’ll be guided into a ceremonial sound journey with antique Himalayan singing bowls and a variety of overtone-emitting instruments. These overtones create a resonant field where the nervous system softens and held tension begins to dissolve. Breath and vibration weave together to support release and renewal, inviting you back to clarity, lightness, and your natural rhythm.

Movement becomes a soft invitation for the body to close the practice. Releasing what may be held or lingering within, and allowing space for new patterns of awareness to settle in the body. Through simple, guided exploration, you’ll be supported through a Sacred Ayana Spanda Scan, gently inviting sensation, energy, and expression to move through you. There is no choreography and nothing to perform, only space to listen, feel, and allow the body’s wisdom to unfold.

Each gathering is shaped by the energy of the room, exploring a central theme through somatic awareness, creative exploration, and shared presence. Together we enter a shared field of rhythm, ritual, and reflection, where each person’s presence contributes to the medicine of the space.

This practice welcomes both trained movers and those new to movement. It is a place where artistry can meet soul, and where anyone can reconnect with the wisdom held within the body.

Sacred Ayana is not about how movement looks.
It is about how it feels.

A moving meditation.
A spiritual movement practice.
A Sacred Ayana.
