Engaging with Sacred Ayana means entering into a sacred agreement of respect, integrity, and reciprocity. Thank you for upholding the energetic and creative integrity of this work.

No Filming or Recording
To protect the sacred container and the privacy of all participants, filming, photography, and audio recording are not permitted during class. However, some sessions may be recorded by the facilitator for educational or promotional purposes. If a class is being filmed, participants will be notified in advance. Your comfort, privacy, and consent are always honored.

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
All purchases, including single sessions and class passes, are non-transferable and non-refundable. We appreciate your commitment to the work and understanding of our policies.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance if you cannot attend. No-shows or late cancellations will result in the session being marked as used. This helps us hold the integrity of the container and honor space for others.

Arrival & Late Entry
We invite you to arrive 5–10 minutes early to ground and settle. Late arrivals may not be permitted once class has begun, to preserve the energetic field of the space.

Inclusive & Safe Space
Sacred Ayana welcomes all bodies, identities, and stories. We are devoted to creating a space of safety, respect, and reverence—for yourself, others, and the practice.

What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Bring water and, if desired, a journal. Mats and props may or may not be provided, check your class location or email for specific details.

Consent & Physical Touch
Supportive physical touch may be offered during class with prior consent. Please let your facilitator know if you prefer a no-touch experience. Your boundaries are always respected.

Wellness & Illness
If you’re feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to illness, we kindly ask that you stay home in care for yourself and the collective.

Liability Acknowledgment
By booking and attending this class, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own physical well-being. Sacred Ayana and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your participation, including within or around the class facility or building. Please honor your body, move at your own pace, and participate mindfully.
