Sacred Ayana Class Policies

By purchasing, booking, attending, or participating in any Sacred Ayana offering, event, class, workshop, retreat, private session, sound journey, or experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Thank you for being part of the Sacred Ayana community. These guidelines help us create a safe, respectful, and intentional experience for everyone.

Arrival

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle, check in, and arrive fully in the space.

To preserve the integrity of the experience, late arrivals may not be permitted once class has begun.

What to Bring

Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing and bring layers, as room and body temperature may fluctuate throughout the experience.

For Sound Journeys and restorative offerings, participants will spend most of the session in a comfortable supine (lying down) position.

We recommend bringing:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow and/or bolster
• Water
• Journal (optional)

Please refer to your event details for any location-specific recommendations.

Participation

All practices are invitations, never requirements.

Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, listen to their bodies, and honor their personal boundaries throughout the experience.

*A Final Note

Sacred Ayana is a practice of stillness, presence, awareness, nourishment, devotion, and alignment.

Come as you are.

Bring curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to listen.

The rest will unfold.
