OUR STORY

Sacred Ayana was created with deep intention as a living philosophy, a spiritual movement practice, and a sacred path of embodied remembrance. Grounded in Emotional and Body Intelligence, it draws from years of lived research, soul-led creation, and deep attunement to the body’s innate wisdom.
This is where movement becomes language, ceremony, and the doorway for transformation. Sacred Ayana calls us to move with intention, live in presence, and return to the ancient wisdom encoded within. It is not just a practice, it is a rhythm, a transmission, a return to truth.
About
Kylie Bronk the founder
Kylie Bronk is a multidisciplinary artist fueled by love and devoted to transformation through embodied expression. Drawing from a deep foundation in dance, many energetic healing modalities, sound and consciousness practices, she honors the body as a sacred archive where movement becomes the language through which healing, memory, and awakening are revealed.
Kylie is a force in the world of movement. Creative Director, Choreographer, and Movement Coach for high performing musicians, artists, and actors. She’s a respected choreographer, performer, and educator, known for inspiring creativity, building confidence, expanding consciousness and holding space for others to awaken their voice through the art of movement.
Her classes draw from her original curriculum grounded in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Body Intelligence (BQ), guiding students into the body’s "historical data" to explore and shift emotional imprints that shape past, present and future experiences.
Through guided movement transmissions, Kylie facilitates a process of listening to the body's innate intelligence. As movement emerges, stored memories, emotional residue, and outdated narratives can begin to unwind from the body's energetic and somatic landscape. This creates space for greater coherence, new perspectives, expanded emotional capacity, and the embodiment of deeper truth.
Her modalities empower people to move through life as emotional athletes... aware, attuned, and expressive. Whether in a studio, in front of a camera, behind a camera, holding the camera, on or off a stage, Kylie’s work calls us to move with intention, tread lightly on the earth, and live fully as a clean and well tuned instrument.
She moves through the world with intention, offering movement as medicine. Using the body as an instrument of wisdom. Within it, emotions are housed, held, and heard, not as burdens but as raw material for transformation. By turning her focus inward, she reveals the body to be one of our greatest tools: a vessel that teaches, heals, and translates feeling into embodied truth.
A sacred channel for love, healing, and self-worth, leaving behind a heartfelt resonance in every soul she encounters.

Kylie Bronk the kiddo
"I was a quiet kiddo. People would say shy, but I say observant.
I spent much of my childhood, and honestly much of my life, quietly observing. Not from judgment, but from curiosity. I was captivated by the silent language beneath the words. The way a shoulder carried grief. The way a walk told a story. The way someone's eyes revealed what their voice was trying to conceal. The way someone's energy shifted when they spoke about a wound they hadn't yet fully named. And more often than not, I was noticing these things within myself.
I found myself tracking patterns, connecting dots, and listening for what was asking to be seen. Over time, I realized that every body carries a story. Every compensation, injury, habit, and holding pattern is part of a deeper conversation.

As I continued studying movement, human behavior, and the body, I began to see striking parallels between people and technology. The body is the hardware—the physical structure we inhabit. The mind, emotions, and conditioned responses are the software—the programs running in the background. But beneath both lies something deeper: the firmware. The unconscious patterns, beliefs, and survival strategies that quietly shape how we perceive, respond, and move through the world.
Most of us spend our lives trying to fix the symptoms we can see on the surface, without realizing that the deeper programming is still running underneath. Yet the body never stops communicating. Through tension, injury, posture, sensation, emotion, and movement, it continually reveals what is asking to be witnessed, understood, and updated.
The body is not broken; it is speaking. And much of my life's work has been devoted to learning how to listen.
Through communities, friendships, and the many mirrors life placed before me, I learned to listen beyond the surface. To hear what was being said beneath the words. To trust the wisdom of the body, the emotions, and the spaces in between. Eventually, that practice became the foundation of my work. Creating spaces where people can soften the need to explain themselves and instead experience themselves. Spaces where movement, sound, breath, and presence become pathways to expression, release, and remembrance. Where the body is no longer something to fix, but something to listen to.
I spent years in devotion to the body. Listening, learning, and moving. Studied the sacred and the scientific, the quantum and the emotional, the industry and the intuitive. Every layer of movement became a mirror, revealing not just how we move - but why."
"I envisioned Sacred Ayana as a sanctuary. A sacred container where all bodies, cultures, and beliefs are welcomed. A space where movement speaks what words cannot, and where story lives in the space between. The pregnant pause before movement begins, and the echo that lingers after. A space where community becomes medicine, where each body carries wisdom, and every presence offers healing for another.
Through this work, I wanted to create a place where we can release, express, and reclaim our truth beyond the limits of verbal language. Here, the body is honored as a vessel of wisdom, a keeper of story, and a bridge between healing and liberation."
