By purchasing, booking, attending, or participating in any Sacred Ayana offering, event, class, workshop, retreat, private session, sound journey, or experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of the Offering

Sacred Ayana offers experiential wellness, movement, meditation, sound, breathwork, embodiment, and personal development experiences. These offerings are educational and experiential in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

2. Booking & Payment

Payment in full, or any required deposit, is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Spaces are limited and reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our offerings and reserved spaces, refunds are not available for cancellations, missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or early departure from an event.

Transfers may be permitted on a case-by-case basis with prior written approval.

If Sacred Ayana cancels an event, participants will be offered a reschedule option or full refund.

4. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own physical, emotional, mental, and energetic well-being throughout the experience. You agree to listen to your body, honor your limits, and participate only in ways that feel appropriate for you. Please notify us prior to participation if you have injuries, health concerns, accessibility needs, or other conditions that may impact your experience.

5. Consent & Physical Touch

Supportive physical touch may be offered during class with prior consent. Please let your facilitator know if you prefer a no-touch experience. Your boundaries are always respected.

6. Photography, Media & Recording

To protect the sacred container and the privacy of all participants, filming, photography, and audio recording are not permitted during class. However, some sessions may be recorded by the facilitator(s) for educational or promotional purposes. If a class is being filmed, participants will be notified in advance. Your comfort, privacy, and consent are always honored.

7. Intellectual Property

All Sacred Ayana content, teachings, practices, frameworks, language, meditations, movement methodologies, educational materials, recordings, and creative works are protected intellectual property.

No portion may be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, taught, adapted, sold, or shared without prior written permission.

This work is born from years of devoted practice, spiritual inquiry, and embodied research. We ask that you honor the sanctity of this offering by refraining from copying, recording, reproducing, teaching, or distributing any part of it in any form without prior written consent.

Engaging with Sacred Ayana means entering into a sacred agreement of respect, integrity, and reciprocity. Thank you for upholding the energetic and creative integrity of this work.

8. Respectful Conduct

Sacred Ayana is committed to creating safe, respectful, and intentional spaces.

Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior toward facilitators, participants, staff, or venues may result in removal from the experience without refund.

9. Illness & Wellness

If you’re feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to illness, we kindly ask that you stay home in care for yourself and the collective.

10. Release of Liability

By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Sacred Ayana, its facilitators, contractors, employees, volunteers, venues, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in any offering. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. Sacred Ayana and any associated venues are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

11. Changes to Offerings

Sacred Ayana reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, facilitators, or event details when necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated using the contact information provided at registration.
