By purchasing, booking, or participating in any offering, experience, event, or journey facilitated by [Sacred Ayana] you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of the Offering
All offerings are physical and experiential in nature. This may include (but is not limited to) movement, breathwork, meditation, energy work, ritual, and/or embodiment practices delivered in person. No digital products or physical items will be shipped.

2. Booking & Payment
To secure your place in an experience, full payment (or a deposit if offered) must be received at the time of booking. Spaces are limited and bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the intimate and immersive nature of our offerings, we are unable to offer refunds. If you are unable to attend, you may be able to transfer your place to another person with prior written approval. In rare cases of event cancellation by us, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
4. Participant Responsibility
By attending, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Please inform us in advance of any health conditions, injuries, or accessibility needs. Participation is at your own discretion.
5. Release of Liability
You agree to release [Sacred Ayana], its facilitators, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from your participation in the experience. This includes any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after the event. Please take care of your personal belongings during the experience. [Sacred Ayana], its facilitators, and any venues or spaces we rent or use are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
6. Respectful Conduct
We create sacred, intentional spaces. All participants are expected to show respect for the facilitator(s), fellow participants, the space, and the container. Any behavior deemed disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful may result in removal without refund.
7. Photography & Media
We honor the sacredness of these experiences and your presence within them. On occasion, we may capture photos or video for documentation or promotional purposes. If filming or photography is planned, you will always be notified in advance. Your comfort and consent are a priority. If you prefer not to be included in any media, please inform us before the session and we will fully respect your wishes.
8. Modifications & Communication
We reserve the right to make changes to the experience details (such as schedule, location, or facilitator) if necessary. Any updates will be communicated promptly via email or text to the contact information provided at registration.
